About Me

I know the exhaustion of a mind that won't turn off and a nervous system stuck in "survival mode." As a Certified EMDR therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Rocky River, I specialize in neuro-affirming trauma recovery for neurodivergent adults and teens who feel burnt out or trapped by the past.

Whether you are in the Greater Cleveland area or seeking telehealth across Ohio, you don’t have to carry that weight alone. When wounds stay buried, they manifest as painful whispers telling you that you aren’t enough—affecting your relationships and career.

If "just talking about it" hasn't been enough, EMDR offers a different path toward freedom. Together, we "clear" the emotional charge of old memories, allowing your body and mind to settle. I believe the right fit is the first step toward healing, which is why I offer free consultations to see how we can best work together. My goal is to help you feel grounded, present, and truly understood.

Education & Experience

I was awarded a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University in 2016. My clinical background includes extensive work in high-intensity crisis environments:

Advocacy: Serving as a Child Advocate at a domestic violence safe haven (Shelter House), where I helped families navigate the immediate aftermath of trauma.

Rehabilitation: Facilitating the transition into long-term sobriety and life-rebuilding for justice-involved individuals at Pathways for Change.

These experiences informed my holistic approach to mental health. I hold an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University (CACREP-accredited), ensuring my practice meets the highest national standards for clinical excellence.
