About Me
My path led me to gain a specialty in dual-diagnosis. On this path I gained experience working with clients who have survived trauma and abuse, as well as those with addiction, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, low self-esteem, grief, and those going through a life transition. I am open to spirituality and all forms of religion. I strive to meet each client’s individual needs with a focus on attaining healthy coping skills that will lay the ground work to beneficial recovery and healing. I believe that each person knows themselves best and will guide clients to discover their inner strength to be their best selves. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, have working knowledge in the 12-step program, and I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
Education & Experience
I was awarded a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University in 2016.
