Ms. Sarah Leger-Hayworth, MS., LPC
About Me
My clients are wanting to become empowered and want to find healthy balance within their lives. I believe meeting my clients where they are helps with building the necessary rapport for a productive therapeutic relationship. Therapy is not a one size fits all, therefore it is important to me to be open minded to allow them the space to grow as an individual. Helping clients to become empowered to reach their full potential is a privilege. I approach each session with a humanistic approach. Listening and understanding is extremely important to understand each individual’s needs. I make recommendations based on where they are and help them develop realistic goals for them to work towards. Building rapport and gaining trust is of utmost importance when building a healthy therapeutic relationship.
