About Me

Hello! I have been in the field of therapy for over a decade, with specialties in trauma and PTSD, dissociation, and addiction. I use EMDR Therapy in sessions as a tool to process trauma, difficult or distressing emotions, and overwhelming experiences that may feel like "stuck" points. My goal is to help you feel like you can cope with life again, without these emotions and experiences feeling stuck or as distressing. When you are ready to take the courageous step, I would love to walk alongside you as you move toward living the life you want to live. (In-person or virtual sessions are available.)

Education & Experience

I hold a Masters in Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as an Honours Bachelors degree in Psychology. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and received my EMDR training from EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program. I have also received training in dissociation, addiction, and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
