About Me
I support clients to move past traumas that are interrupting their life. My area of specialization is relational trauma. Common symptoms of relational trauma are social anxiety, generalized anxiety, feeling disempowered to create the life you want, a painful inner critic, and you may struggle to trust your choices especially in relationships. I help people have a healthier more loving relationship with themselves and feel safe and empowered to navigate the world. I find EMDR, IFS, and hypnotherapy are all powerful tools to support my clients heal and move towards greater inner peace and a sense of agency. In addition to my private practice, I am currently the Clinical Director of a Mood and Trauma intensive day program.
