Sarah Menniti, LMHC
About Me
My core values are compassion, connection, curiosity, and play. These are the way I show up as a human and as a therapist. Therapy with me is meant to be relational and co-regulating, where there is room for curiosity, exploration, and even a little play alongside the deeper, sometimes harder work. I want to support you in making the therapy space feel grounding and supportive. Once we have built trust, I may gently invite in challenges, helping you explore the parts of yourself that have been carrying old patterns. My hope is to offer a different kind of therapy experience, one that can feel like a deep exhale for your nervous system, cozy and warm, while still holding space for the messy, wild, and playful parts of being human. Together, we will work toward a therapy experience that feels alive, relational, and in your own rhythm.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and have experience across residential and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment, as well as private practice. I am additionally a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and trained in somatic parts work, trauma-sensitive mindfulness, and EMDR with advanced trainings, integrating these approaches to provide holistic, trauma-informed care.
