About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist, Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, and Certified Complex Trauma-Informed Professional. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and work with individuals (ages 13+), couples, and families.

As a strengths-based, integrative therapist, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you define what health and wellness mean for you and to support you in embracing your true self with kindness and clarity. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to keep our work practical and relevant to your daily life.

In addition to talk therapy, I use body-based methods to help clients build resilience and internal resources—especially in ways that talk therapy alone may not provide. I see therapy as both an art and a science and incorporate evidence-based practices where appropriate.

I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating—I’ve been there. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: mindfulness trainer, professor, filmmaker, wife, mother of three, and wellness enthusiast. These roles have shaped my belief that being of service is where my heart truly lies. I’m here to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey.
