I primarily utilize a combination of EMDR and Internal Family Systems, but I am also an eclectic clinician who values a custom tailored therapy experiences. I specialize in anxiety, worry/overwhelm, low self-worth/esteem, PTSD (emphasis in SV/IPV), emotional numbness/detachment, attachment wounds/repair, and complex trauma related dissociation. My predominant modalities are EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and CBT.
