About Me
I generously welcome you to this process in whatever stage you arrive at - we can work together to figure it all out. I really enjoy working with people in the midst of critical life transitions and on becoming their most authentic selves. And I am happy to work with those clients who feel stuck or who haven't found therapy particularly helpful in the past. I am focused on helping people heal from trauma, with an emphasis on the wounds from early childhood. Change is hard. I provide a healing and non-judgemental space that helps facilitate new insight, learning, and growth.
Education & Experience
I am an EMDR certified clinician and licensed clinical supervisor with sixteen years experience. I work from a relational perspective and believe that you are the expert of your own life. I have additional training in complex PTSD and dissociative disorders.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I have received specialized training from Texas After Violence Project in order to work with family members affected by state executions.
