About Me

I believe that we all deserve the same kindness and acceptance that we would give to our best friend or loved one. I provide a safe space for you to feel authentically witnessed, validated, and capable of approaching the deeper parts of you (maybe for the first time) that still need healing. Sessions with me will feel real, open, and honest. I value bringing my authentic and playful self into our virtual therapy space! You may find I sprinkle a little humour into sessions while using a gentle approach that is guided by compassionate curiousity and connection. I honour co-creating a therapy space that feels natural and comforting where you can feel understood and seen while meeting your goals and creating desired changes in your life!
