About Me
Hello, I'm a Seattle-based therapist and a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor, who has been in practice since 2015, doing individual with adults 25 years and older.
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and am an EMDR Certified Therapist. My work has focused on helping folks to move past their past and integrates IFS (Internal Family Systems), body centered therapy, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming.
I’m dedicated to supporting folks on their path to healing, self-discovery, and increased happiness. My goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment where we can explore challenges, work to resolve bothersome histories, build emotional resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. If you’re ready to begin your journey with me, I’d be so honored to walk alongside you.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Antioch University Seattle with an MA in Mental Health Counseling in 2014. I completed EMDR training in the Spring of 2017, and received my EMDRIA-Certified Therapist designation in 2021. Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health for almost 10 years, including time at Seattle Counseling Center (SCC), an LGBTQ+ community mental health center, and Valley Cities Behavioral Health.
