About Me

What I have found to be the most rewarding in my work as a therapist is the ability to help others gain the confidence to break through mental barriers and overcome life challenges. By becoming more self-aware and awakened to the "chattering" of the mind that we so often mistake for reality itself, you are able to open yourself up to a whole new world of possibilities. These new insights allow for a better understanding of how beliefs and attitudes about ourselves, others in our lives, and the world we live in influence our daily lives. With a mindful and holistic approach, new choices become possible and personal growth beckons. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, and am certified as a mindfulness teacher. I am trained in psychedelic integration support and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. Additionally, I am an EMDR consultant-in-training (CIT) who enjoys supporting and collaborating with other clinicians in getting the most out of their practice.
