About Me

I’m an LMHC independently practicing in Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating LGBTQIA2S+ identities, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, and life transitions. I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy. I work from an intersectional feminist framework and a non-pathologizing approach, grounded in a commitment to decolonizing therapy. My practice is LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, anti-racist, and centered on creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences without shame or judgment.
