About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida as well as a certified EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist. I specialize in working with people who feel overworked for other people in their life while feeling underappreciated and left alone, feeling confused about who they are and what it is that they need to gain a sense of control back in their life. I became a psychotherapist because I experienced the need to have someone who can show me what I could not see because they have a genuine interest in my well-being and potential. Together we will find the root of your behavioral/emotional difficulties from scientific, psychological, and spiritual perspectives. You will uncover resources to overcome the difficulties that can only be found in you. Eventually, striving for wholeness will be the life journey that you will gladly take on outside of a therapy session.
