About Me
I resigned from a Corporate career of 15 years to fulfill my passion for working with teens and young adults! My work focuses on helping clients heal from past hurts through learning healthy coping skills and/or EMDR, identifying strengths, and learning to build meaningful relationships. By creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, my goal is to help my clients lead resilient, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
Education & Experience
I received my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University and am certified in EMDR. I've worked in schools and private practice settings to help my clients make sense of why they feel the way they do.
