About Me
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! My goal is to treat the whole person and meet clients where they are in the healing journey. I believe each person is the expert of their own experience and that everyone deserves to live their most beautiful life despite the many challenges and struggles that life brings. I believe everyone has innate strengths that help them through life's difficulties. I enjoy helping clients regain control over their experiences by enhancing their strengths, teaching new skills to cope, processing stresses of life, and defining goals for their future. I use an eclectic approach to help my clients reach their treatment goals. I am available to provide counseling to clients ages 6 and older for individual, couples, and family issues. I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments.
Education & Experience
I graduated from the University of Memphis in 2016 with her MSW. I have worked in a variety of settings, including in-home services, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy. I earned her LCSW in 2021 and currently work in a group private practice. I am expecting to complete my certification in EMDR in October 2023.
