About Me

I work with adults who are carrying the impact of trauma, chronic stress, and experiences that have shaped how they see themselves and move through the world. My approach is steady, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people heal best when they feel safe, respected, and in control of the process.

In EMDR, I focus on building a strong foundation before we move into deeper work. I take time with preparation, resourcing, and pacing so clients feel supported every step of the way. I often blend EMDR with values‑based work, boundary‑building, and somatic awareness to help people reconnect with their strengths and create meaningful shifts in their lives.

I currently offer virtual EMDR therapy for adults and work with individuals navigating complex trauma, identity‑related stress, and the long‑term effects of survival mode.

Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in trauma therapy, clinical supervision, and trauma‑informed program development. I earned my MSW from the University of Alabama and my BA in History with a minor in Africana Studies from Georgia Southern University.

My experience includes individual trauma treatment, group facilitation, and leadership roles in community‑based organizations serving survivors of violence and systemic harm. I have completed EMDRIA‑Approved EMDR Basic Training and integrate EMDR with ACT, somatic practices, and boundary‑focused interventions.

Alongside my clinical work, I design trauma‑informed programming, supervise clinicians, and collaborate with community partners to expand access to healing resources for adults.
