About Me

That constant pressure to do more and be better can leave you feeling drained and stuck. I help individuals break free from this cycle, creating a life where they feel steady, confident, and enough. Using EMDR therapy, we’ll work through past experiences that have been holding you back, while tools from CBT and DBT help you handle tough emotions and conflicts in the moment. Together, we’ll also build practical strategies to support your ADHD, so you can take on daily challenges with ease and step into the life you deserve.

Education & Experience

With over a dozen years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless clients toward healing and growth. Since 2018, I’ve been running my own practice, which has been fully virtual long before it became the norm. This allows me to provide accessible, flexible care that meets you where you are—both literally and emotionally.
