About Me

Life is marked by events that change us, pushing us past our edges. Moments like these can propel you toward growth or leave you feeling stuck and uncertain. No life is entirely free of painful experiences. Still, the potential for healing and growing despite them lies within each of us. My role is to facilitate the conditions supporting your innate healing capacity. Let's work together to help you overcome what's been holding you back. I have been in practice since 2008 and independently licensed in private practice since 2010. In addition to my private practice, I provide mental health care at Mass General Brigham, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital. My approach best suits adults coping with anxiety, stress, and significant life changes.
