About Me

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and experience in education and counselling working with adults, children, teens, and families to combat anxiety and help to reach potential in all areas of life. My practice offers individual and group sessions for managing anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, ADHD, motivation and goal setting issues, emotional dysregulation, and parenting struggles. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and mindfulness strategies to help to internalize the strategies you need to thrive.
