About Me
As a therapist, I provide culturally sensitive and thoughtful therapy to help individuals and couples navigate Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues. I understand how hard it can be to find a therapist that seems relatable or trustworthy. I work particularly well with individuals navigating trauma, relationships, and identity looking for a therapist that "gets it". This may be an overwhelming point in your life, but pursuing psychotherapy can be one of the most transformative experiences you can take to heal & grow. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches to support my clients in achieving emotional healing and growth. In sessions, I utilize Attachment-Based approach, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, EMDR Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, and Gottman Method, adopting a client-centered approach. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming approach. I aim to create a therapeutic space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore your story. My role will be to help you identify unclear reasons that prevent you from living or having envisioned life.
