I work with women experiencing depression, anxiety, unhappy childhoods, unresolved trauma, sexual assault, relationship issues, and those looking to improve their level of happiness at work and home. I specialize in attachment trauma which happens from years of toxic family dynamics, a childhood filled with physical or emotional neglect, abuse, or unhealthy parent-child relationships. I'm passionate about the women I serve and am honored to walk alongside them in their journey.
