Shelby Remillard, LMHC
(She/Her)
About Me
Shelby is an Indigenous (Laguna Pueblo) and Filipina therapist working with clients with histories of trauma (single-incident, attachment, or complicated/chronic), grief and loss, and establishing healthy relationships. Her goal is to help clients find their inner strength and to empower them to manifest their desired life. Shelby's work is grounded in the three core tenets of her practice: self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-confidence. Humor is important to Shelby and she strive to incorporate her authentic self into the relationship to help her clients feel comfortable expressing themselves. When Shelby is not working, she enjoys a sweaty spin class, hot yoga, and catching up on reality TV shows with her cat, Hazel.
