About Me

Therapy is a collaborative process between you and me. We’ll look honestly at what isn’t working, make sense of how you got here, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change. My goal isn’t just to help you cope—it’s to help you thrive and live in a way that actually feels aligned with your values. I believe you deserve to feel heard, respected, and accepted for who you are—no matter what you’ve been through or what coping strategies you had to develop to survive. While I bring clinical expertise to the room, you are the expert on your life. My counseling style is authentic, direct, and unpolished in the best way. I believe genuine, human-to-human connection is essential for effective therapy. Therapy works best when you don’t have to perform or filter yourself, so I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and grounded space where you can be your true self. Together, we’ll work on healing past wounds and cultivating new skills for a more productive and peaceful life. We’ll do deep work when it’s time—and we’ll laugh when it’s appropriate.
