About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts and Nationally Certified Counselor through NBCC. I received her Graduate Degree from Bridgewater State University. I am passionate about expanding my knowledge and skillset to best support the needs of the individuals I serve. I am a social justice advocate who celebrates diversity and inclusion. I proudly welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I have experience with treating teens, adults, and families. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy, schools, residential treatment, and inpatient hospitalization. These experiences allow for me to have a good understanding of how to navigate the mental healthcare system. I have experience in working with clients who are experiencing concerns with anxiety and depression, LGBTQIA+ identity, grief, trauma / PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other major life changes. My theoretical orientation is rooted deeply in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe the client is the expert in their own life and collaborates with them in healing and facilitating positive life changes. I aim to provide therapeutic treatment in a warm and judgement free-zone.
