Ms. Shelia A. Lastie

EMDR Certified Therapist

Education & Experience

As a Mental Health Therapist, I am passionate about providing access to quality, professional, and affordable mental health services and support. I have 10 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic care to children, youth, adults, couples, and families throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. I offer EMDR Therapy to clients to provide adaptive resources and support, in a safe and calm space, to order to begin processing and healing from emotional wounds and adverse life experiences (regardless, if the traumatic event happened today or years ago). I have developed and offer an Affordable Fee Model with the hope that clients have access to EMDR Therapy, and access to mental health services and support. Wright Institute (Berkeley, CA.)
