About Me

I am a Registered Social Worker, EMDR Clinician, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professional based in Toronto. In my private practice, I specialize in trauma, refugee and complex trauma, child welfare involvement, separation/divorce, post-separation contact issues, and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. With a Master of Social Work from York University, CBT training from the University of Toronto, and a Family Mediation Certificate from York University, I integrate clinical expertise, mediation, and advocacy to support individuals and families through life’s challenges. I provide a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space to help clients process trauma, build resilience, and navigate family conflict. My approach fosters healing, healthy self-perception, and stronger relationships in a new normal.
