I am Dr. Shilpa Kapoor, a psychologist, trauma specialist, and relationship expert. I am licensed in California, New York and Kansas. I help adults, couples and families with trauma histories, individuals looking to improve their relationships with themselves, others, and work, and entrepreneurs/professionals wanting to learn to manage the stressors of working in the high-stress environment of Silicon Valley.

I provide a warm and kind environment where you can safely identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more fulfilling life.
