About Me
I specialize in neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming EMDR, eating disorders, complex trauma, OCD and chronic illness. Most of my clients are autistic individuals and/or ADHDers. I provide EMDR intensives, adjunctive EMDR, and EMDR as part of ongoing individual therapy. I use standard protocol EMDR and also a variety of EMDR interventions, protocols and techniques, including for recent/ongoing traumatic events. I integrate somatic experiencing, IFS informed parts work and ego state therapy approaches based on each client's needs. I also enjoy regularly providing EMDR consultations for clinicians and supporting them with adapting EMDR to meet the needs of queer, trans and neurodivergent clients.
