About Me

Let's create a safe space for you.

In our work together, we will integrate humanistic talk therapy and EMDR. Your recent and past emotional experiences will lead us to your core concerns, and I will be your guide as we rediscover important parts of you and dismantle beliefs that no longer serve you.

The intentional use of EMDR can reduce the intensity of traumas you've experienced. YOU define what felt painful and impactful for you! We will challenge your negative beliefs about yourself and increase alignment with your best, well-rested self.

Extended sessions provide more time to verbally process and dive deep into important topics as well as engage in EMDR as needed. Ask me how longer sessions could benefit you!

Relationships can cause hurt, and relationships are also where we find healing.

In our therapeutic relationship, we will practice using empathy, setting healthy boundaries, and being authentic. Our relationships with society impact how we feel about our unique identities. Oppressive systems in our world create expectations that squash individuality and freedom, especially if you are queer, neurodivergent, and/or a POC. The values of justice, equity, and authenticity are at the front of my work at all time.

As we turn inward, we will engage your younger parts. Babies are born with so much wisdom, creativity, and freedom. They know just how to ask for what they need and how to listen to their bodies. We will create space for young-you to reteach you what you've known from the start, especially when it comes to rest, food, and connection. Together, we will explore your beliefs about relationships and work towards creating safety and trust.
