About Me
My passion for counselling deepened during my clinical and volunteer work as I formed empathic connections with individuals who dealt with various concerns, including trauma, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, and interpersonal conflicts. I enjoy learning new therapeutic techniques and building my skillset to work with diverse populations and better address their unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a trusting environment for my clients to feel accepted, heard, and safe to share their concerns openly. I aim to develop a collaborative professional relationship with my clients and help them thrive in their healing journeys.
