About Me
I specialize in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR, helping clients understand that their symptoms are not signs that something is wrong with them, but rather meaningful adaptations to what they’ve lived through. Together, we work with both “big T” and “small t” trauma—even when there isn’t a clear memory or identifiable event—by listening to what the nervous system has been holding. Many of the people I work with wouldn’t necessarily think of their experiences as trauma, yet they notice recurring patterns—emotionally, physically, or in relationships—that feel hard to change.
Licensed in both Tennessee and Arizona.
Tennessee: In-person and online telehealth sessions.
Arizona: Telehealth sessions.
