I specialize in Somatic Attachment-Focused EMDR therapy, a body-mind approach to help you heal from current and past pain and discomfort. Additionally, I incorporate the Safe and Sound Protocol and Neurofeedback in my practice. My expertise lies in supporting young adults aged 16 and above, as well as adults who have experienced recent traumatic events or have Complex PTSD as a result of unhealed childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and other areas of focus, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depressive disorder, and performance enhancement. My treatment focuses on PTSD, trauma, adult survivors of childhood trauma (sexual, physical, emotional, neglect, abandonment), and individuals who suffer from mild to severe anxiety and mood disorders. As a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant, I specialize in Somatic Attachment-Focused EMDR. I provide various EMDR Intensive packages tailored to meet your specific needs, including weekend sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. EMDR is known to offer outstanding results in a short period, enabling you to feel better quickly. I've witnessed how EMDR effectively eliminates feelings of shame, terror, hopelessness, helplessness, powerlessness, and guilt. It's possible to find relief and peace.
