Yet you still find yourself repeating the same painful patterns—overthinking, shutting down, feeling overwhelmed, or reacting in ways you can’t quite explain. Often, these patterns have a story underneath them. With curiosity and compassion, we can explore what lies beneath the surface and begin to create change that goes beyond insight—helping you feel more connected to yourself, more at ease, and more free to be who you are.
Licensed in both Tennessee and Arizona.

I hold a master's degree in Clinical Social Work and a B.A. in Psychology.
