I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma. This trauma generally shows up as anxiety, addiction, shame, guilt, low self-esteem, or interpersonal conflicts. I work with her clients to move past their trauma and develop hope. I am dedicated to being culturally informed and tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs in my practice. I earned a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. With many certifications and long experience in the mental health setting, I bring compassion and care to each session. I aim to empower clients to make healthy decisions and learn more about themselves.
