About Me

I am an EMDR trained clinician focused on helping young adults overcome adversity in the digital age. Frequently collaborating with your other healthcare providers, I recognize the importance of having a team involved in your mental health journey. Confidentiality is the core tenet of the care I provide so I prioritize your privacy from intake to discharge. I've worked with trauma survivors in a variety of settings to advocate for themselves in their personal and professional lives. As an outpatient therapist, I am cognizant of the fact that my clients need hope to heal.
