About Me

I am Telehealth-only therapist serving clients in Ohio and Pennsylvania. I enjoy working mostly with other therapists, women of all ages, and first responders. As an EMDR Therapist, I specialize in healing complex childhood trauma through a warn, engaging, attuned and unconditional positive regard relationship. Using a mix of DNMS, ego state therapy an EMDR, I focus on early childhood experiences that conditioned the brain and nervous system in a way that was necessary for survival as a child, but is no longer serving the individual in the present.
