EMDRIA Certified Therapist™

Online Therapy

About Me

I offer both Telehealth and in-person therapy, and I am licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania, with my office located in Youngstown, Ohio.

After more than 25 years in the mental health field, I still feel deeply honored to sit with people in their most vulnerable moments. There is something sacred about being trusted with someone’s story. EMDR is a powerful and transformative process, and I feel grateful every day to witness the courage my clients bring into the room.

Many of the people I work with carry relational wounds — experiences of not feeling seen, understood, or safe in important relationships. I specialize in relational trauma, developmental and complex childhood trauma, work-related trauma, and other overwhelming life experiences. The populations I am most passionate about serving and with whom I have the most experience are other health professionals, first responders, and neurodivergent women.

My intention is to create a space that feels steady, warm, and attuned — a place where you do not have to perform, minimize, or carry everything alone. Through integrative EMDR therapy, we gently work at your pace to process what has been painful, strengthen your sense of worth, and help you feel more grounded and secure in yourself and your relationships.

You deserve to feel understood. You deserve to matter. And you don’t have to do this work alone.
