Stacy Rhoades is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), licensed in the state of Illinois. She received her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a Concentration in Trauma from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She uses a combination of EMDR and talk therapy modalities including Humanistic therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). While Stacy has experience working with wide range of presenting issues including mood disorders, anxiety disorders and psychotic disorders, she specializes in working with clients affected by trauma both PTSD, or single incident trauma, and Complex Trauma, or repeated traumatic incidents from a wide range of events including sexual assault/abuse, physical assault/abuse, emotional abuse, emotional and physical neglect, violence, accidents, and medical trauma.
