About Me
“If Light is in your heart, you will find your way home.” -- Rumi
From 25 years of community health work in Africa, Asia and Ukraine, I acquired a multicultural, non-judgmental lens with which to see and be with clients
Through IFS/Parts work, Certified EMDR, and the ancient healing art of Qigong, I have helped clients with PTSD-related low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger, ADD and OCD.
Those who are 12- to 95+ years of age, neurotypical, neurodivergent / on the autism spectrum, LGBTQ+ or former / current foreign service employees or contracting staff, will find me to be an attentive, compassionate and understanding listener.
"Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity." - Simone Weil
