Ms. Stephanie Cashin, LICSW
About Me
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and narrative therapist specializing in EMDR for high-achieving women in Huntsville, AL.
I work with women navigating burnout, self-abandonment, ambiguous grief, perimenopause, and the complicated grief of estrangement — women who look completely fine on the outside and are quietly falling apart on the inside.
My approach is rooted in narrative therapy — the belief that you are not your problems, and that the stories we tell about ourselves can be examined, challenged, and rewritten. I bring EMDR for what's stuck in the body, and hormone-informed
awareness for the chapters of life that often go unnamed.
I practice in person in Huntsville, AL and virtually across Alabama.
