Stephanie is a Catholic-Christian Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the state of Texas and has a passion for inspiring and helping guide others to become their most healthy and authentic self. As an EMDR-Certified counselor, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice by helping provide several tools, interventions, and resources to motivated adults looking to authentically and holistically experience a life more aligned with their God-given gifts and purpose. Stephanie enjoys empowering, supporting, and challenging individuals to help identify, learn/re-learn, and ultimately navigate and heal through deep-rooted issues and underlying dynamics and patterns that have been barriers to thriving and living their best lives.
