About Me

I am licensed in Michigan (LMSW) and Illinois (LCSW). I have worked with adolescents and adults, many of whom have struggled with different mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and relationship conflict. With my clients, I strive to foster a safe, non-judgmental place for healing that solely focuses on your goals and needs. I use a client-centered and strengths-based perspective to help facilitate the process of self-discovery and growth. My therapeutic approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as incorporating aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I offer individual EMDR therapy sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis. I also offer EMDR Intensives.
