About Me
Passionate about helping clients reprocess trauma, as these memories, sensations and beliefs often fuel maladaptive behaviors that lead to addictions, codependency, self-destructive patterns and mental illness. My main areas of expertise are; C-PTSD Depression Anxiety ADHD Addictions/alcoholism Codependency Other trauma disorders.
Education & Experience
After receiving a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology at Argosy University, I completed a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. I have worked in various positions within the substance abuse field since 2009 and have worked with women in a re-entry program after incarceration. I have been in private practice since 2019. Provides individual and group supervision to supervisees (LGPC’s) since 2021 Completed EMDR Basic training with the Trauma Specialists Of Maryland December 2021 Completed Ego State Interventions & EMDR: Advanced Training May 2024 Completed Mastering Phase 2: Resourcing, Treatment Planning Advanced Training June 2024
