As a therapist, I work with individuals to support healing and personal growth by addressing the mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, including Individuals with Mood Disorders: such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Trauma Survivors individuals experiencing symptoms of PTSD, complex trauma, or childhood abuse/neglect. People Coping with Life Transitions such as divorce, career changes, grief and loss, or relocation. Clients with Personality Disorders such as borderline personality disorder, often using DBT or other evidence-based approaches. Clients with Co-occurring Disorders: such as substance use combined with mental health diagnoses. Adolescents and Young Adults dealing with identity formation, peer relationships, academic pressure, or family conflict. LGBTQ+ Individuals offering affirmative therapy related to identity, coming out, discrimination, gender identity and mental health.
