About Me

Are you feeling weighed down by the lasting effects of trauma? You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or stress that impacts your relationships, career, and overall well-being. You don’t have to face this alone. With the right support, healing is possible. Together, we can help you reclaim peace, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity and strength. Your path to healing starts here. I help individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma with EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness-based, trauma-informed care. Whether you’re coping with Complex PTSD, moving through a life transition, or working to rebuild trust, I provide a safe, supportive space to foster calm, resilience, and deeper connection.

Education & Experience

I've been using EMDR since 2021 to help clients feel calmer, more confident, and hopeful.
