About Me
Susan is a certified EMDRIA therapist, certified counsellor, educator, and author. She currently works with adults and youth. Susan has also published meditative journaling books. She is intrigued with helping people find a way to live a meaningful life. Research indicates that living a meaningful life leads to heightened levels of emotional and mental well-being and overall life satisfaction. This has been the focus of her writing.
Education & Experience
Susan has a Master of Education in Counselling with experience in the field since 2004. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Her counselling experiences include treating depression and anxiety, trauma and recovery, grief counselling, stress reduction, life transitions and has worked with adults, children, and youth.
