I specialize in Perinatal Trauma (birthing, miscarriage, infant loss, infertility, IVF, NICU, pregnancy), Postpartum Disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD), Maternal Mental Health, & Perimenopause challenges. I also have expertise in Sexual abuse/assault trauma & other traumatic events that result in post traumatic stress.
My style is client-centered & strength based with a genuine heart to facilitate healing, actively utilizing various evidenced based practices to meet your goals. I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, PMADs, Emotionally Focused Therapy & Internal Family Systems. I integrate proven theories & researched approaches to bring what is needed into the therapy space to help you in your journey.
