I also have expertise in Sexual abuse/assault trauma & other traumatic events that result in post traumatic stress. My style is client-centered & strength based with a genuine heart to facilitate healing, actively utilizing various evidenced based practices to meet your goals. I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, PMADs, Emotionally Focused Therapy & Internal Family Systems.
