About Me
Since becoming a counselor in 2007, I have worked with hundreds of clients with many different challenges, backgrounds and identities. I enjoy helping others discover their own innate healing wisdom and build lives of meaning and purpose. I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where every client can feel free to explore their deepest selves. I have been trained in many different therapeutic approaches over the years and have a holistic, strengths based approach. I especially enjoy utilizing the power of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to bring about the lasting transformation that so many of us seek and have not found with traditional talk therapy.
