About Me
Trauma-informed, Nature-Based Expressive Arts Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with dual licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado. I love to bring EMDR therapy clients "off the couch" and into the outdoors to help them connect with the multifaceted powers of imagination, sense of humor, playfulness, and creativity to heal trauma and thrive. I offer outdoor EMDR intensive retreats integrated with nature and expressive arts therapy, among many other somatic based methods.
Education & Experience
Masters Degree in Expressive Therapies and Mental Health Counseling, Lesley University (2003) EMDR Basic Training with EMDR Center of the Rockies (2018) EMDR Advanced Training, including "When There Are No Words" with Sandra Paulsen, PhD Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) 2023 Currently enrolled in IPI Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Certification Training (anticipated certification May 2024)
