I've been a practicing therapist for over 10 years, with a focus on providing trauma informed care. I trained in EMDR in 2018 and finished EDMRIA certification in 2021. I have experience working with interpersonal violence survivors, childhood trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety as well as life transitions/adjustment concerns.
