You don’t have to minimize your story here. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD. If you’ve lived through trauma or overwhelming experiences, it’s common to worry that talking about it might feel like too much or bring up more than you feel ready to handle. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy (including EMDR) for people who want support working through what happened in a way that feels steady, contained, and not overwhelming.

My approach is intuitive and adaptive rather than rigid or scripted. We will focus on what’s actually coming up for you in the moment (anxiety, shutdown, relationship patterns, or emotions that feel hard to name) AND the deeper work. We won’t move faster than your system can handle.

My own journey has deepened my compassion and shaped the way I show up for clients. I know what it’s like to face pain and choose growth, which inspires me to create a safe, real, and non-judgmental space. My goal is for you to feel seen and supported, and start to notice real, lasting shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
