My therapeutic specialties/modalities include but are not limited to Attachment, Strength -Based, EMDR, CBT, ante and postpartum, early childhood to griefwork. I support you through the 3 main constants in life: birth, change and death.

Attended San Diego State University, MS, Graduate 2006. Attended Alliant Internation University, Certificate in Infant Preschooler Mental Health/Reflective Practice Facilitator II 2011. In California, practicing since 2005 and licensed in 2011, I promote healing through the mind, body and spirit. I have experience in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. My specialties are the "bookends" of life: birth, change and death. My goal is to help you reach your fullest potential.
