Following grad school, I spent 11 years in Community Mental Health at ENKI Health and Research Systems servicing San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles County as Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Corporate Level Training Coordinator. I have been in Private Practice in So Cal for 15 years specializing in trauma focused individual psychotherapy, EMDR, EMDR Consultation and Training, and Clinical Supervision, specializing in attachment and dissociation, with an emphasis on somatic and mindful principles and practices. I am a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and Practitioner and a Yogi.
